Customer is attempting to update the enrollment period window for one person on the Person Life Events form > Enrollment Opportunities and receiving error

'FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup. This could happen to invalid configuration. Please look into the web-server log file for details.'

Why is this error occurring? Is this the recommended way to extend the enrollment period for a life event?
