ENVIRONMENT

UPK 11.1 Client , KCenter 11.1
OS - Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)
Browser - IE 8
DEMO environment

CUSTOMER STATEMENT
==================
Currently we are trying to publish to the knowledge center and then be able to view the published content through either a url or through knowledge center. We are getting Access Errors. Trying the url http://servername/KContent/PublishingContent/PlayerPackage/index.html

Server Error in '/KCenter' Application.

Configuration Error
Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: An error occurred loading a configuration file: Failed to start monitoring changes to 'D:\Oracle\User Productivity Kit\Knowledge Center 11_1\Web Server\KCenter\launchplayer\web.config' because access is denied.

 Also we are unable to publish to KCenter from UPK 11.1 due to "The content type text/html; charset=utf-8 of the response message does not match the content type of the binding" error
