CSXSRISR - Service Request
When trying to assign a task in the Service Request form, an error pops up: "getting an error: Task status is either disabled or invalid.Please enter a valid task status". Yet the status is set to e.g. 'Assigned', which appears to be a valid status. Why is this error coming up then?
