Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Core HR - General

HR HelpDesk Full Synch Messages (PERSON_FULL_SYNCH) is failing with below error.


ERROR

ORA-28239: no key provided

Error Msg: ORA-28239: no key provided

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.UK Super HRMS Manager>
2.Open the View > Requests
3.Run the HR HelpDesk Full Synch Messages Process, for the PERSON_FULL_SYNCH
4.Verify that the process completes in warning with the above error
5.Message in the Log File.The Output file is not created
