Attachment Details Not Visible in Chinese Instance of iSupport Though They Are Visible in English Instance (Doc ID 1508362.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version,iSupport, Service Request


Actual Behavior

The attachments attached in the Service Request form are not visible in the Chinese version of iSupport.

Expected Behavior

The attachments should be visible when the service request is opened in the iSupport as well.

Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Navigation: (R) Service >> (N) Service Requests >> Create Service Request

1. Open a service request in the service request form
2. Add an attachment

Now login into Chinese instance and navigate to iSupport and query for the same SR.

The attachments will not be visible.

The attachments will be visible in English version of iSupport.
