"Closed On" Date Can Be Changed After Service Request is Closed on the CSXSRISR Form

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form
When attempting to change the closed date of a closed Service Request on the Service Request form, the system is allowing it to change.
Once the SR is closed, the closed date should not be allowed to change.
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(N) Service Requests >> Create Service Request
1. Open Closed SR.
2. Maximize SR Header.
3. Click Closed On field
4. It will be grayed, and cannot be edited.
5. Click the three points of Status field, but no LOV window pops up.
6. Click Closed On field again.
7. It can be edited now.
8. Change the date and try to save it.
This issue happens only when there are no further status transitions from Closed Status.
