Service Request Form: Not Possible To Enter the Address Field For The One Time Address Section (Doc ID 1508496.1)

Symptoms

On the Service Request form, while creating a new service request for a customer:

The One Time address section cannot be modified/entered by the user after enabling the One Time Address checkbox.
The Address part is grey and cannot be entered.

 

Steps:

- Open Service Request form

- Query a customer

- enable the One Time Address checkbox

     Country stays editable
     Address Desc stays un-editable
     Select Address button becomes unavailable
     fields City, State and Postal Code become editable
