On : 12.1.3 version, Repair Order Management
When attempting to change details for a non IB trackable item in a Depot Repair Service Request the following error is thrown:
Steps To Reproduce
- Identify an item which is not IB Trackable
- Create an RO for the item.
- Make a change to an attribute. For example - Warranty Status is NULL. change to 'IN Warranty'. Save
- Error message thrown
