Unable To Download OA.jsp Error Occurs When Creating A Quote By Spreadsheet in Oracle Sourcing (Doc ID 1508581.1)

In Oracle Sourcing, Release 12.1.3, an error message occurs when supplier users attempt to create a quote by spreadsheet.

The error occurs when using Internet Explorer browser.
The error does not occur when using the Firefox browser.


Unable to download OA.jsp from [server.domain_com].

Unable to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.

Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Oracle Applications, using a Sourcing Supplier responsibility.
2. On the Negotiations page, in the "Your Active and Draft Responses" section, click on the link for the desired response number.
3. On the resulting Create Quote page, click the Quote by Spreadsheet button.
4. On the resulting Create Quote : Quote By Spreadsheet page, in the section "Step 1:Export Spreadsheet", select the Format = "XML Spreadsheet - Rich Style (.xml), and then click the Export button. The error message appears at this point.

Business Impact

Due to this issue, supplier users cannot enter the quotes via spreadsheet.
