Ship Line Status In Depot Not In Sync With Order Management (Doc ID 1508696.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Repair Order Management

When attempting to pick release a ship line in a Repair Order that has multiple orders in one Service Request, the status of the ship line in second Repair Order is not updated.
When attempting to pick released again, the following error occurs.

INV_RSV_SR_NOT_MATCH
Serial Number reservation failed while Pick releasing


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a Service Request (eg SR# 40604)
with 2 Repair Orders (eg RO# 203001 and 203002)
with same Internal Order (eg IO# 100001417)

2. Go to RO# 203001 and select ship line to auto process to pick release
Ship line of RO# 203001 has status "Released"
Ship line of RO# 203002 has status "Booked"

3. In Order Managment, the status for both items are Picked.

4. Based on the delivery grouping Rules, both the Repair Order ship lines got pick released, and assigned a common delivery Number:

5. Clicked ‘Update logistics’ => RO# 203002 ship line remains in Booked status.

6. Tried running the ‘Depot Repair Shipment Update Concurrent Program:

7. Query back the SR/RO, the ship line remains in Booked status, and not showing the latest status of Released.

8. Tried the option of selecting ‘Pick release’ option and then tried ‘Refresh logistics, error

9. Tried the option of selecting ‘Pick release’ option and then tried ‘Refresh logistics

10. Logistics for the RO# 203002 still showed Booked – After clicking refresh logistics, it finally changed to ‘Shipped status.
