CANCELED LINE QTY NOT SHOWING IN THE SALES ORDER LINE FOR UNDERSHIPPED ORDERS

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Per the configuration, under ship tolerance is set to 100% for this order's customer.
It is observed that the order lines are canceled automatically by the system if the shipped qty is within the tolerance limit,
But if you look at the Order line for order(30222215) line line 1.1 the order qty is 6 ; qty shipped is 3 ; qty cancelled is 0
The Main issue is....
1) The canceled qty is not displayed /showing in the line under the delivery tab of the Additional Line Information ?
2) How / where to find the cancelled Qty of the order line if the shipped tolerance set 100% and the qty shipped partially , As the canceled qty is not captured in the sales order line ?
