Receipts Workbench: The Apply To LOV Does Not Show Translated Description in NLS Instance (Doc ID 1508794.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 20, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Receivables - Version 12.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

In the RECEIPT WORKBENCH form, the 'APPLY TO' field does not display 'On Account' in English when queried in an application record in English session.

For example:
Base Language=Japanese
Installed Language=English

In the RECEIPT WORKBENCH, the LOV of 'APPLY TO' can display the 'On Account' (in English) in the English session. If you choose the 'On Account' on the 'APPLY TO' field and save it, you can see the 'On Account' (in Japanese) record after query it.

The value of 'APPLY TO' field on the application record should be translated to the language of the application.
