Symptoms
CMCICU Update Standard Costs Program Poor Performance has performance issues, 60 minutes run instead of 20-25 minutes as usual

Remark :
As an improvement, a parameter in "Create Accounting - Cost Managment" has been changed.
CST_SRS_INV_ORG_OU parameter has been added with patch 14369192 which is part of 14371087 - POOR PERFORMANCE WITH STANDARD COST UPDATE PROGRAM
This new parameter is a minor security improvement.

Added a function cst_del_cilt in package CSTPUPDT to delete from CST_ITEM_LIST_TEMP and use bulk processing to improve performance.
