WMS Cycle Count Tasks Cannot Be Assigned To Employee (Doc ID 1508877.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

WMS Cycle count tasks cannot be assigned to employee

Tasks with non-empty field "Child Tasks" (Warehouse control board) cannot be assigned to any employee. At the same time other tasks of this type and source are O.K.
There's no workaround except making operation manually (without Oracle WMS)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to be able to assign tasks

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup periodic cycle counting
2. Open warehouse control board. Select from the list of tasks those which have empty Child Tasks field.
3. Press (B) Manage
4. Status = Queue
  Priority = 999
  Employee = {any}
  Press (B) Execute
5. Press (B) Save
6. Exit form. system will ask You "Save changes? Yes/No". Regardless of choice changes won't be saved.
