Last updated on JULY 21, 2020

Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Created a return order from Depot Repair
Charges lines are created
Item price comes in as from the price list (for example: 100).
Manually override the price to 0 and submit the order.
Order is created.
The price on the order is 0 (which is correct behavior)
In Order Management, manually change the price from 0 to 25.
The 25 is being added to the list price of 100 so, the price is now 125 which is incorrect.
