When attempting to run the EEO Suite of reports the EEO Individual, Consolidated reports error out, the following error occurs.

Program exited with status 1.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run the EEO Suite of reports
2. The Individual and Consolidated reports error out.
