Unable To View The Personalizations At Function Level For Absence Management Function

On : 12.1.3 version, Assignment,Term,Pay,ChgMgr,LOA
Additional Absence Details DFF segments are not appearing when the personalization is done at Function Level in the Absence Page.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Employee Self-Service>Absence Management >Create a Leave
2) When selecting an absence type, the Additional Absence DFF is disappearing.This is the case when the personalization is done at Function level.
3) Employee Self-Service>Leave Request >Create a Leave
4) When selecting an absence type, the Additional Absence DFF is still available.This is the case when the personalization is done at Responsibility level.
