On : 12.1.3 version, LOTSERATT
Actual Behaivor
Customer has setup segments for 2 DFFs in inventory - Maintain Lot Attributes and Lot Attributes.
While Maintain Lot attributes shows up in all the forms with lots and opens up, the Lot Attributes Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) does not show or display anything when clicked in the Attributes field in the Item Lot form of Inventory.
Expected Behavior
Expect to be able to use Lot Attributes DFF as noted in WMS guide:

Attribute Functionality
Lot and serial attributes are supported when you license Oracle Warehouse
Management; however, the lot and serial attribute functionality may be
implemented for both Oracle Warehouse Management enabled inventory
organizations and inventory organizations that are not Oracle Warehouse Management enabled.
Oracle Warehouse Management supports forms and APIs to populate, maintain,
and use the lot and serial attributes.

Note: The lot and serial attributes are available even if Oracle
Warehouse Management is not installed.
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Setup/Enable Lot Attributes DFF:
1. Inventory : Setup : Flexfields : Descriptive : Segments
a. Application: Inventory
b. Title: Lot Attributes
2. Unfreeze
Global Data Elements
Segments
Add Segments
3. Save
4. Check Freeze
5. Save
6. Compile Flexfields Automatically
7. Inventory > Maintain Lot Numbers
Find User cannot enter the Lot Attribute field here or on Transactions.
