Symptoms
Need to setup Trade Management Claim Approval with Auto Approval along with Claims Auto write-off. How to setup in 12.1.3?
The issue has the following business impact:
On a daily basis, users generate 50+ claims that fall below the $25.00 auto write off threshold. Customer needs to have these auto approved so that our AR/TM team can concentrate on bigger claims.
