MWA Performance Issue - Manual Drop Takes Longer Time Than Expected

On : 12.1.3 version, Performance
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When users try to perform 'Manual Drop' transaction, the system takes too long to select a locator. Some times the wait time exceeds 10 minutes, which is not acceptable.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect system to take a couple of seconds at most to return the locator, once it has been selected from the LOV.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into MWA
2. Select Tasks > Manual Tasks > Manual Drop
3. Select a LPN from LOV
4. Select Sub-inventory
5. Select Locator (system say 'Please Wait' and it takes too long)
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Critical as each transaction takes more than 10 to 15 mins
