Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Appraisals in Production environment.

When attempting to click on the appraisal function, the following error occurs.

An error has occured while contacting the Knowledge Integration Servlet. Error Message : Oracle error 2001: javax.net.ssl.sslhandshakeException:java.secutity.cert.certificateException: No subject alternative DNS name matching <name> found has been detected in callserver.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login in application
2. Go into responsibility 'Manager-Self Service'
3. Navigate to function 'Appraisals'

Due to this issue, users cannot create appraisals.
