Symptoms

General Information: Day light savings starts at 11 March 2012 2am Eastern Time.

When a order release XML is uploaded and has the source location set to a location in the Eastern Timezone and the release xml has an early pickup date of 20120311020000 with timezone of GMT defined, the date/time for the Early Pickup Date is saved as 20120311030000 in database. As a result, when looking at the order release in the UI, the Early Pickup Date is incorrect since it shows 20120310220000 rather than 20120310210000.
