Symptoms

Attempting to access the Customer form from iReceivables Account Management Responsibility for internal users and external users and receive the following error:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Message not found.
Application: FND, Message Name: FND_VIEWOBJECT_NOT_FOUND.
Tokens: VONAME = CustomerSearchPVO;
APPLICATION_MODULE = oracle.apps.ar.irec.common.server.CustomerSearchAM;
