When opening the parts requirement, its already partially filled.
At Some places the shipping method and a whole source line are missing.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Parts Requirement HTML page and select a requirement.
2. Click add source to create a source line manually
3. Do not enter details but Click Apply button.

Note; that may not make sense to do for a single line, but when there are multiple lines, it could be that one source line is overlooked by the user - after this error, the parts requirement will never submit any order anymore, so it is rendered useless.
