Symptoms

The Oracle Knowledge Base article linking is not working
When clicking on the linked Solution, users are directed to an error page.

Error:

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.
Click here for exception details.

Steps:

(R) Knowledge Administrator
(N) Knowledge

 - Search for particular article
 - Details are retrieved
 - Clicked on the Related Article hyperlink

 => Related solution does not open and error is displayed.
