CSV Export Is Not Working From the User Interface. The Following Error is Seen: 'Unable to open the database connection' (Doc ID 1512849.1)

On any OTM version, when attempting to use the OTM User Interface to export a CSV file the following error is seen:

Unable to open the database connection

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log on to OTM.

2.Navigate to: Business Process Automation > Data Export > CSV Export > Run > Select any 'Table Name' > Run

3. The Following Error is Seen: 'Unable to open the darabase connection'
