When Cancel Button Is Hit In Document Of Record (DOR) Form, It Reverts To The Name Of The Person Logged In (Doc ID 1512934.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After application of RUP5, when the cancel button is selected on the Create Documents of Record page, the
name of the person who is logged in autopopulates on the page replacing the name of the person record being updated.

This could cause data corruption as a Document of Record could be entered against the wrong person.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Cancel button to return to the same employee record.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. XX HRMS Manager
2. People > Enter and Maintain > Query in Employee > Others
3. Select Documents of Record
4. Documents of Record for Person page is opened.
  Name:
  Worker Number 55210
5. Select Create Document of Record > Cancel
6. Screen refreshes with
  Name: Ross, TestDOR
  Worker Number 67487
