Account Inquiry Drilldown And FSG Drilldown Randomly Throw 'No results found' (Doc ID 1512973.1)

Symptoms

Intermittently, find that the users are unable to drilldown from FSG reports to the source transactions. If they do an Account Inquiry and then go back to try the drilldown from the FSG report, it works.

Sometimes just the same the drilldown won't work from Account Inquiry form, while drilldown from the same form, performed later, using the same responsibility and accounts-works fine.
