Goal

How to Make Receipt Application Form Read Only?

Responsibility:  Collections Agent
Navigation:  History Tab >Type = Payments
Right click on a receipt and select Receipts Workbench, the Receipts workbench will open. 

From here you can update the applications of the Receipt. 

How can you disable this so that receipt applications cannot be updated via Advanced Collections?
