Symptoms
Autoinvoice is not processing any records in the interface table.
Checked all of the following without resolution: MOAC setup was verified MO% profiles were set correctly MULTI_ORG_CATEGORY was set correctly for both RAXMTR and RAXTRX Deleted row from ar_system_parameters_all which had a null org_id Set Max Memory to 3MB Verified interoperability patches were applied

Database upgraded from 11.1.0.7.0 to 11.2.0.3
