Email Center with Internal Accounts.
It is currently not possible to search for an Employee, if the Email Address of the Employee is unknown to the Oracle Application Implementation,
If an External Email Account is used, and the Customers Email Address is not known, then there is a serach mechonism that can be used to locate the correct Customer and assign to the message.
An Enhancement Request for Email Center has been created, and this new feature has been added into the 12.1.3 Email Center Application.
