This note provides a brief overview of Bug 14744034
Symptoms
When you either create an appraisal that includes objectives, or give final ratings to a worker, the below error occurs.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Self-Service
2. Appraisals
3. Create Standard Appraisal GO
4. See page Create Standard Appraisal: Setup Details
5. Enter information
6. Click Next
7. See page: Create Standard Appraisal: Overview
8. Add Competencies and Objectives
9. Click Next
10. See page: Create Standard Appraisal: Overview
and the error: Unable to perform Transaction on the record. \nClass The record contents stale data. The record has been modified by another user \nAction Cancel the Transaction and re-query the record to get the new data
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Issue reproduced with the seeded Employee Self-Service responsibility and personalization turned off.
The issue occurs on all instances.
The issue occurs for all appraisal templates.
The issue occurs for some employees only.
