Symptoms
On Oracle Applications Release 12, when attempting to apply Patch 13774477 HR RUP10,
all FNDLOAD instructions are failing with following error:
A syntax error occurred at line ... in file $APPl_TOP/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/import/afscprof.lct
Note: This can occur for any patch running FNDLOAD instructions and any lct file.
