On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Search
When attempting to cancel a Saved Search on Advance Search page, the following error occurs.
You have entered an unexpected error. Please contact System Administrator for assistance.
Steps to Reproduce
(R) Customer Support Specialist
On Agent Dashboard:
1.Click ‘Advanced Search’ link.
2.Enter a value to Customer Name field directly. Don’t use LOV window
3.Press ‘Enter’ key to make the Customer Name populated completely.
5.Hit ‘Save Search As’
6.Don’t enter anything.
