Service Request Form: Too Many Warning Messages When Automatic Owner Assignment Fails to Find an Owner

Symptoms

On 12.1.3 - Service Request form:


When saving a new service request while auto owner assignment is enabled, and a resource cannot be found, these three messages appear to the user:

           No Resources found. Please try again.
           No Resources found. Please try again.
           Automatic assignment API did not return a valid resource for this assignment. (API Name= CS_SERVICEREQUEST_PVT.vldt_sr_rec).

Three warning windows pop up, and users must click OK third times to close these windows.
