Customers Online issue: Value From Departments List of Values (LOV) Is Not Copied To Free Text Field Department

Oracle Customers Online - Version 12.1.3 and later Information in this document applies to any platform.
On : 12.1.3 version,
Attempting to create a new contact relationship and select a value from the department from the List of Values (LOV).
The application is not copying these values to the free text field for department.
The other job codes LOV are copying the value to the free text field for job by default.
Steps to Reproduce: Responsibility: Customers Tab Navigation: Customers > Search Query the customer reproduced for a contact The value from Department Code LOV has NOT been copied automatically The value from Job Code LOV has been copied automatically
