Bills Receivable Issue: Posting_Control_Id Is Not Stamped in the Transaction History Table After BR is Final Accounted (Doc ID 1513754.1)

For BR's, when Create Accounting is Run, posting_control_id and gl_posted_date are not being updated, even if the event has been successfully processed.

Posting Control Id is not stamped in transaction history table after BR is Final Accounted.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables
Navigation:  Bills Receivable > Transactions
Create a Bill Receivable
Exchange it with Invoice and Complete
Create Final Accounting and Post to GL

XLA Event Processed.
GL Posting status : Y

But, still posting_control_id = -3 in AR_TRANSACTION_HISTORY
