R12:AP: Build Program Error - Check_Bank_Charge function (Doc ID 1513772.1)

Symptoms

When trying to pay a Receivables Refund we are able to select the invoice for payment, but it fails with a status message of “Failed Build Payments – Unexpected Errors”

The log file shows the following messages:

Get number of invoices for this check
Get min_account_unit and precision for currency
Call Bank_charge_get_amt_due
Check all the mandatory parameters for ap_bank_charge_pkg.check_bank_charge
Can not call Check_Bank_Charge function because of mandatory parameter
