Symptoms
On Applications 12.1.3 :
Service Contract Search form and Authoring form does not allow Wildcard Search on Order Number field
Expected Behavior
Wild card search on order number should display results
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Service Contracts Manager -> Launch Contracts
2.On Search form click More and enter order number% and tab out
3. Error: Please enter a valid Order Number
4. Open Authoring form. Click F11, enter order number% and enter Ctrl+F11. No response
