Service Request form:
Duplicate Task (copy of existing task ) is created automatically after changing and saving a field on the Service Request Header .
1. Create Service Request and task:
Enter the required fields and save to create a SR, then create a task (any Type) and save.
2. Now, click ‘New’() button to add new a task, but don’t input any data.
3. Now move the mouse to the Service Request header block and modify any SR header data (e.g.summary), and save.
4. click save again, a new task is created automatically as duplicate of the first task.
