Receipts Workbench Issue: Unable to Post Receipts to GL - RCA 2009/03 Event Id Is Not Getting Stamped By Create Events Using Request ID (Doc ID 1514037.1)

Event id is not getting stamped by create events using request id.

You are not able to post receipts to GL.

Checked the data for the receipts and found the following:

As seen above the receipt has been created in CONFIRMED status and has been REMITTED.

The receipt has changed to the CONFIRMED status but the event_id is not stamped in ar_cash_receipt_history_all table.
