On : 11.5.10 version, US Payroll Tax Issues
We are doing balance adjustment of Resident PSD tax for a new resident PSD but we are not able to view the balances in the tax balance screen for the new PSD.
we have followed the same way of doing balance adjustment as mentioned in the PSD balance adjustment document (Doc ID 1382154.1)
expect to see the PSD balance adjustment on View Tax Balance
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Steps to reproduce:
1.Populate the taxation address with the new correct value.
2. Populate the schoo district code field for the new correct city in the tax info screen.
3. Save all the changes.
4. Run a positve balance adjustment with Resident PSD bal adj element with the new PSD jurisidiction.
5.Run a negetive balance adjustment for Resident PSD bal adj element for old invalid PSD jurisdiction.
6. Go to view tax balance screen.
7.Populate GRE, Tax as Resident PSD,state as Pennsylvania,Locality as new correct city name,school district gets autopopulated .
8. For field PSD, only 39-9900-9900 is getting populated and the new PSD jurisdiction is not coming up in the list of values.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not able to view adjusted balance so not able to validate employee balance.
