Unable To De-enroll A Dependent Who Is Also An Employee (Doc ID 1514165.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP5 or below version, Oracle Advanced Benefits

Employee has a dependent daughter who is covered for Medical and Dental. The daughter is now an employee who also has coverage for Medical and Dental. They are trying to de-enroll the daughter from the mother's coverage, but the system will not do it.


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Process Loss of Dependent life event
2. Go to Mother's NonFlex Enrollment
3. Date track to end of month
4. Uncheck the covered checkbox for Medical & Dental
5. Save the record
6. Coverage checkbox returns.
