Symptoms
When attempting to publish an FSG in Report Manager or with Program - Publish FSG Report
the following error occurs in the Publish and Presentation log file.
ERROR
-----------------------
Failed to get the expanded values: file:/applprod/R12/inst/apps/PROD_martha/logs/appl/conc/out/o726938.out: XML-20121: (Fatal Error) End tag does not match start tag 'fsg:RptLine'.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define FSG components and template
2. Run the FSG in Report Manager
3. Check the logs
The same error occurs when running the FSG from General Ledger, for XML output, using Program - Publish FSG Report.
The FSG log also shows this error, although the completion message in the log shows it completed successfully:
RGRPRT completed with errors.
