Resolution Summery Details Not Visible in English Instance After Making Update in Source Language (Doc ID 1514338.1)

Goal

When updating the resolution summary field in a language other than US like Deutsches language which is the source language of the service request, that update is not visible in the US language.
Why is the update not visible and how to view the details?
