Oracle Transportation Management - Version 6.2.7 to 6.2.8 [Release 6.2]

On OTM version 6.2.7
When a custom XML Out Profile is created set to MIN even the Shipment Gid is not sent.
Expect the Shipment GID to be sent as this is core information.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Log onto an OTM 6.2 system.
2 - Navigate to: Business Process Automation > Communication Management > External Systems.
3 - Use an existing External System.
a - Create and use a new 'Out XML Profile'. The Out XML Profile to be set to include only Validate for Max ticked and Default Mode of MIN.
b - XML Element ID: PlannedShipment
4 - Navigate to: Shipment Management > Shipment Management > Buy Shipments.
5 - Select a Shipment and clicked Actions > Shipment Management > Utilities > Send Interface Transmission > Selected the External System of LJS_MAIL.
6 - The XML was sent and does not contain the Shipment GID.
