Symptoms

Cannot terminate an employee, get following error

APP-PAY-07490 The person must exist as an employee at the time specified by Date Start


Steps to Reproduce:
Use your hrms responsibility
Navigation: people > enter and maintain
     1.others > select 'end employment'
     2.enter end dates : actual/last standard process/final process : 31-DEC-2012
     3.save
