R12 : WEBADI - Performance Issue when Uploading Journal through WEBADI due to Multiple Calls to the GL_SECURITY_PKG.INIT Package (Doc ID 1514899.1)

There are performance issues when uploading journals through WEBADI, or performance issues when selecting the responsibility from the list of values.

There are multiple re-occurrence of these following statements in FND log (enabled at USER level)

This is causing a performance issue while uploading journals. These calls were made several times when uploading lines to gl_interface table.
