Symptoms
On : 12.1.1 version, Trx Changes & Cancellations
When attempting to cancel an internal sales order line that is in status "Awaiting Shipping", the following error occurs:

Unable to save the changes as the corresponding Internal Requisition cannot be updated.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Responsibility
2. Open order
3. Navigate to SO Lines
4. Line in status = AWAITING_SHIPPING
5. Actions > Cancel > enter reason > receive reported error
Cancel action worked for different line in the same order.
