Error 'APP-INV-05449: Transaction Date Cannot Be A Past Date' (Doc ID 1515162.1)

When User tries to perform the subinventory transfer transaction with transaction date as almost end of the day (example : 25-NOV-2012 23:53:01) and user might take around 30 mins to enter all the item, quantity details and by this time the actual oracle date would have changed to 26-NOV-2012 and at this point of time when user tries to save the details, user is shown with the error message as 'Error 'APP-INV-05449:Transaction date cannot be a past date' and he is not allowed to change the Transaction date as the field is not editable.

Need the Transaction date to be allowed to change to sysdate or future date. Does the form allow to change the Transaction date to a future date?
